Ichtus Flanders is a community of students, staff workers, volunteers and others who, through study, prayer, preaching, social action, evangelism and much more, want to give hands and feet to the gospel in the student world.

Ichtus (ἰχθύς) is Greek for "fish", but was mainly used in the early church as an acronym of the Greek I(I) Χ(CH) Θ(TH) Υ(U) Σ(S) ("Jesus Christ, God's Son, Saviour"). Early Christians used this sign to show they were Christians.
